RIFT VALLEY FUND II

Ascent Rift Valley Fund II LP (the Fund) is a Mauritius domiciled fund which invests in enterprises in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania with ambitious entrepreneurs, a proven track record and significant growth potential.

The mission of the Fund is to develop and nurture a league of enterprise champions that set the bar for business standards in their respective markets.

The Fund invests in a broad range of sectors and targets transactions of US$ 4 million – 15 million. Larger transactions may also be considered together with co-investors.

The Fund mainly invests in enterprises in Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Rwanda and is exclusively managed by Ascent Capital Africa Ltd. with the support of local advisory companies.

We will not pay nor procure the payment of a bribe or unlawful fee to encourage the proper performance of a task or one which is intended or likely to compromise the integrity of another.
